(2) protect and defend the rights or property of rememory.com;
(3) enforce or give effect to the rememory.com Terms and Conditions of Service; or

rememory.com will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. How else might someone learn of my Profile Information while visiting another site?
